All rounds

Every six hours the round runs on a real IBM Quantum processor and is tagged QPU, with its machine, physical qubits and job ID; its result is locked before a later Solana block maps outcomes to holders. All other rounds run on a statevector simulator with a seeded noise model. Each round's seed is committed before the round and mixed with a Solana blockhash finalized at collapse time, so it cannot be chosen in advance. Rounds are published in unbroken 30-minute sequence.
